YouTube star PewDiePie, whose channel has 103 million subscribers, is back after a one-month vacation, which broke his 10-year streak of uploading content daily on the video streaming platform.
The Swedish personality’s latest video has taken the internet by storm, already gaining over 13 million views since its posting on February 21. It’s currently listed in YouTube’s trending content.
In the video, PewDiePie jumps right back in to reacting to memes while also addressing some concerns about his channel. He noted that there’s been a lot of confusion and speculation about him not coming back, and he promised he will address everything soon.
PewDiePie also explained how good taking a break was, noting that he did not really have to come back and that he “could probably retire if [he] wanted to,” yet he chose to return. He also shared he will be making changes on his channel, but that they will come gradually.
